Want quotes?

The quote request form asks the questions an installer needs and is answered by email.

Who we are

SEO Dons Ltd, company number 16766013. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. The registered office handles post only; it is not a showroom or an installation base.

There is no phone line: every enquiry is handled in writing so that nothing is lost between a call and a quote.

What this form is for

  • Corrections. Every figure on the site has a dated source. Tell us the page, the figure and the source you think is newer, and the correction is made in the underlying data so every page that uses it changes together.
  • Your data. Ask what information we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. If you sent a quote request and want to withdraw it, tell us and we will delete it. Include the email address you used on the form, and roughly when you sent it, so the right record can be found; before sending any personal information back, we reply to that address to confirm the request came from you.
  • How the site works. Questions about the savings model, the price check or a source.
  • Something broken. A link that goes nowhere, a calculator result that looks wrong for your inputs, or a page that will not load on your device. Tell us the page and, for the calculator, the figures you entered.

How to tell whether a figure is out of date

Each page shows the date its facts were last checked under the heading, and every source in the list at the foot of a page carries the date it was read. Supplier prices and tariff rates move faster than regulations, so they have the shortest shelf life: a tariff rate is a fact about the day it was read, which is why the tariff pages state the date of the rates they show. If you find a newer figure, send the page, the figure, the source and the date you saw it. The assumptions behind the savings model are published on the methodology page.

Where to go for other problems

  • A power cut: call 105, the free power cut number in England, Scotland and Wales.
  • A battery that is smoking, hissing or on fire: get everyone out and call 999.
  • A problem with an installation: the installer first. If it belongs to a consumer code such as RECC or HIES, the code has a complaints and dispute process.
  • A GivEnergy battery: the installer who sold it; the administrator's contact for other enquiries is in our GivEnergy explainer.
  • A bill or tariff: your energy supplier, then the Energy Ombudsman if the complaint is not resolved.
